Patient Counselling

Prescription counselling is initiated by Alliance Pharmacy Group Inc. on ALL initial prescriptions. APG offers counselling on refilled prescriptions and/or Over-The-Counter medications upon patient request, as required by law in Ontario, Manitoba and British Columbia.

Delivery Policy

Alliance Pharmacy Group Inc. securely packages and ships prescriptions via FedEx Priority Overnight® service* or via Xpresspost/Expedited Parcel from Canada Post FREE of charge to any Canadian address whether it be (1) home, (2) work, (3) a FedEx Office™ Print and Ship Centre, (4) any post office in Canada or, (5) any location where a representative designated by the plan member can sign for the package. Some restrictions apply. On-site prescription pick-up can be arranged with our pharmacists.

Prescription returns are coordinated on an individual basis by our pharmacist.
