Potential Text Message Service Interruption

We wanted to inform you of scheduled work related to our text message service between the following dates:

 

  •      Wednesday November 25th to Sunday November 29th, 2020

 

We are transitioning to a new text message provider to improve our services. We are in regular contact with our provider and do no expect any significant interruptions, but there is the possibility of the following during this time period:

 

  •      We may be unable to receive inbound text messages

 

  •      We may be unable to send outbound text messages

 

We are committed to improving our systems and services, during this scheduled maintenance please:

 

 

  •      Use the Support option available in the bottom right corner of our website; or
  •      Call us during business hours

 

Upon completion of the maintenance you will be required to consent to communication by text message with Alliance Pharmacy on your first interaction.
